What we do
You need people on the ground. You do not always need a subsidiary. We employ them in our name, run payroll, and keep the local filings in order so your team can start work.
Employer of record
We hire the employee through Corporate Bright Limited, or a local partner where required, put a compliant contract in place, and remain the legal employer in that market.
Payroll and benefits
Salary, withholdings, and statutory benefits are calculated and paid on the local calendar. You fund the cost; we run the process and send you a clear statement.
Local compliance
Contracts, onboarding paperwork, and ongoing filings are prepared to the rules of the place of work. We flag what you must decide; we do not bury you in generic policy decks.
Onboarding
Once a plan is active, we collect what the local hire needs — identity, banking, tax forms — and issue the contract so the start date is real, not aspirational.
